FAVOURITE CELLO CONCERTOS

Rare Original UK Pressed Stereo Three Lp Box Set Complete With Booklet.

The Set features Jacqueline Du Pre (cello) with the London Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Sir John Barbirolli (Haydn D & Elgar) & the English Chamber Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim (Haydn C) & the New Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim (Schumann) & The Chicago Symphony Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim (Dvorak).

The 1st Issue Lp Set Was Released On The Black & White Dog In Stamp ‘HMV’ Label (sls 895) And Comes To Auction In Near Mint Condition.

Mint: The record itself is in Brand New condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items (such as lyric sheets, booklets, posters etc) are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there s very little lessening in Sound Quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good+: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occassional light scratch . Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items (without major defect) is acceptable.
 

Postage & Packaging Details

I do combined shipping so if you win more than one item it will work out a lot cheaper on the postage if i send them in the same mailer.

Auction wins  to 'European' and 'Rest of the World' winners will be sent Via 'Signed For' 1st Class Royal mail airmail.

All records are sent securely packaged in purpose made mailers with 2 cardboard stiffeners. I always remove the record from the outer sleeve (to avoid seam split whilst in transit) and then insert the record and sleeve into a brand new polythene sleeve.
