Original 1975 GEMELLI label STEREO-MONO pressing, cat#. GG. ST. 10.021, Italy.

Amazing Italian OST and still very underestimated nowadays - one of the best Bruno Nicolai's music direction and composed along with Fiorenzo Carpi. Surely one of top soundtracks came out from the vaults of Gemelli, original score of the film "UN BIANCO VESTITO PER MARIALE" aka A WHITE DRESS FOR MARIALE' aka EXORCISME TRAGIQUE etc. released in Italy in Nov 1972 and actually pressed on vinyl only 3 years later. Totally trippy music and pure drugs for any Giallo / Horror music maniac, filled with drums and Psychedelic touch, dramatic and percussive tribal sounds. Outstanding Psyched out jam with some hallucinogenic Fuzz distortions / cinematic Bossa and Lounge with Edda Dell'Orso vocals and chorus / Italian Exploitation music dopeness featuring sinister thrilling atmospheres with harpsichord, cymbals and tons of evil percussions. Remarkable artwork by one of the masters of Italian Cinema painting, Tino Avelli. Comes on top-quality Gemelli hard cover and original sticker on front sleeve; original distribution sticker on the back. Immaculate copy for sale, don't sleep!

Side A opener "MARIALE'" is one banger for sure and Nicolai's top notch stuff: the starting catching vocals leave the way to killer harpsichord notes accompained by strings orchestra, very nice tunes.  Tension vibes on the following "L'APPUNTAMENTO" with spooky atmospheres, then the fantastic panoramic Lounge Jazz-Bossa on "GARDEN PARTY" with Jazzy drums.  Consecutively are 2 Psyched Out bombs, "LA VITTIMA" & "PELLE DI LUNA", both great Fuzzy tribal jams: "La Vittima" starts with epic bass and frightful Psych guitar effects and then pulsing growing rhythm, with stunning driven beats and huge percussions; "Pelle Di Luna" is 6:23-minutes of  trippy Tribal Fuzz, with heavy Psychedelic vibes, percussions and noisy drums, organ, rhythmic solos, just insane. "ULTIMI PASSI" ends the side with Suspense/Thrilling knockout.  On the other side "BENI PERDUTI" is another bewichting theme. "LEGGENDA" is easily one of the best cinematic music cuts from Gemelli production with Classical Harpsichord notes again, terrific. "EQUINOZIO" could be a perfect Western Theme. A wonderful LP from the beginning to the end, no tracks to reject!
