Album is new however has a small 1" crease on the rear of the cardboard sleeve. This is the way I received it from FEAR. It's not very noticeable as rear cover is white in color. Album itself was never played.
Wood frame is an open-box display item that has been handled by retail customers. Frame shows mild signs of wear.
Album and Frame are both from a COVID-free and smoke free environment. Item (and packaging if available) has been sanitized prior to listing for sale.
