Classic example of "music for money" cash-in of garage hits of the time. Note the "Psychotic Reaction" song title on the cover is twice the size of the band's name. With phony history liner notes on the back. The actual band is in some dispute, but the consensus seems to be it was talented session musicians produced by Michael Lloyd
 and Kim Fowley with notable participation by Sky Saxon of the Seeds. It has two original compositions.

From Wikipedia: "Eight of the 10 tracks on Psychotic Reaction are cover versions of popular garage rock compositions from the era, including the title track "Psychotic Reaction" by the Count Five, the Music Machine's proto-punk tune "Talk Talk", and ? and the Mysterians' "96 Tears". The two originals, credited to Goldberg and Levine, are "Blood Beat" and "Journey's End", while the tune "L.S.D." is an explicit reference to acid originally recorded by Thee Midniters (as "Love Special Delivery"). Strong speculation points to Sky Saxon of the Seeds, Mars Bonfire of Steppenwolf, and Fowley as some of the session musicians playing on the tracks. Some of the evidence attributing to Saxon's supposed involvement include the two Seeds compositions, "Trip Maker" and "Pictures and Designs", and that the Fire Escape shared his record label GNP Crescendo."

LP's are carefully packaged in a 13" x 13" x 2" corrugated mailer with inserts and bubble wrap to protect your purchase from harm. LP will be removed from cover (except for SEALED LPs)  for shipping to prevent seam splitting.

GRADING
NM (Near Mint): A flawless copy. Looks great and is most likely unplayed. Like new.  NM-:  Probably played carefully once or twice. Near flawless copy. 
VG++: Record may have a few light paper sleeve marks or scuffs that should not affect play. Visually will have some light marks but will play close to NM. Slight noise at the
beginning / runout / between tracks is allowable. The record has probably been played a few times but is still a very nice copy.
VG+: Record will show more noticeable marks and paper scuffs than VG++ and may have more surface noise and more minor pops in part due to time and wear but still a nice copy and has been well taken care of.
VG: Record will have more noticeable surface noise in parts and more discernible light scuffs and/or scratches, and pops. Still plays well with no skipping.
VG-: Vinyl will have some very considerable pops and noise.
