This 1989 groover (with Batman TV samples!) was produced by Fischerman's Friend (Max Loderbauer, Stephan Fischer, Tom Thiel) & Thomas Fehlmann. All four of these made music as Sun Electric and, more recently, Fehlmann became a member of The Orb for some years. It was written by these guys and Jimmy Caulty (KLF, The Orb).
The A-side remix is credited to Djlx-Dee, Jimmy Cauty and The Orb (Djlx-Dee being The Orb's Alex Paterson) and is the trippier, lighter on it's feet version, while the b-side has that slow jacking feel reminiscent of the KLF's "Eternal".
This scarce EG records promo 12 inch comes in a plain glossy white cover with a good condition paper sleeve within. It may be my old eyes but the label colour looks slightly light salmon to me (a "Fischerman" joke?)
Vinyl is VG+. There is light crackle and a few pops near the beginning of the a-side. This aside plays very well. Price has been adjusted accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: I do not "sight-test" records and list with comments like "vinyl looks to be in good condition". This is because a disc can look perfect but still have surface noise throughout (as I've found on too many occasions). All my records are played from start to finish on a fairly unforgiving Sansui deck fitted with an Ortofon cartridge and stylus.
