Description
NBC Radio Entertainment Week #20 Aired 5/18-24/1987. Show # 85-34. Two hour show on 3 LPs with cue sheets. Great show with the first LP focusing on 1973. The LP with Sides A and D has a very slight warp that has no effect on the sound. All sides play at least VG++ with excellent tone and sound. Side A plays M-. Side B has a slight bit of noise during the EL&P song. The side is VG++. Side C has six clicks in "Dancing Days." It is VG++ but is M- most of the time. Side D is VG++ to M-. Side E is M-. Side F has clicks at the beginning of Hendrix song for about a minute and also has light noise in the background at times. I'd still grade it VG++. All records are in their original plastic sleeves and come in a plain white cardboard sleeve, which is how they were originally issues. The sleeves and cardboard are VG but are easily replaceable.
Hour one includes songs by Pink Floyd, Dr. John, John Lennon, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Queen, Electric Light Orchestra, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, ZZ Top and Elton John, along with some original network commercials.
Hour two includes songs by The Electric Prunes, Supertramp, The Allman Brothers, Aerosmith, Bob Dylan, Joe Cocker, The Who, Pete Townshend, Jimi Hendrix, Jefferson Airplane, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Kinks and The Byrds, along with some original network commercials.
