FLEETWOOD MAC
Black Magic Woman
b/w The Sun Is Shining
1968 BLUE HORIZON RECORDS 57-3138 MADE IN ENGLAND
This is a first pressing with matrix numbers 7388 & 7399
Most people credit Black Magic Woman to Santana, as they made it such a well known number, but this is the original written by Peter Green and recorded by his band Fleetwood Mac. I saw them live in 1968 when I was 17 years old at the Central Pier at Morecambe. I even got to meet them and got their autographs. I bought this single the day it came out and have had it ever since. I thought the band was fabulous. Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer, John McVie, Mick Fleetwood - I remember them all....This was the original Fleetwood Mac.
Both sides of the record are in very good condition.
The record plays really well and sounds fabulous.
Comes in an original Blue Horizon Company sleeve which is in very good condition as well.
Classic early single from the original Fleetwood Mac with Peter Green.

I have been a collector of Vinyl records since the late 1960's and have been selling on eBay for over 12 years. I also sell Music Memorabilia, Die-cast Models, Motoring Memorabilia and interesting items from the 1960's & 1970's, the best decades I feel in my life. I have a huge collection and only sell items of quality that I am proud to own myself. I describe everything honestly and take pride in my feedback and customer comments left for me. I offer a full refund if anything is not up to the standard I have described.
All my records are played and graded by the "Bible" Record Collector's Grading System. Please see below:-
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extras such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT. YOU CAN BID ON MY ITEMS, BUY MY ITEMS WITH CONFIDENCE.
ANY PROBLEMS I WILL ALWAYS SORT THEM OUT.
QUALITY AND SERVICE GUARANTEED.
EXCEPT FOR ITALY, WHERE I WILL NOT SHIP TO.
