Description
Audiophile, Music Lover, and Musician are apt ways describing this loved person who passed away. His record collection, including classical (in the most broad sense), opera, some jazz and popular, was meticulously cared for. The best turntables, styluses, and speakers were always used and brought current, as necessary. The records received attention (they were cleaned prior to and after each playing) that I thought was overdoing it at the time…now I know better, they were kept in beautiful shape…for their next owner, too.

On this 1970 Blue Horizon Records vinyl release, Fleetwood Mac [ then comprised of Peter Green, Jeremy Spencer, Danny Kirwan, Mick Fleetwood, and John McVie ] go to the Chicago to record at the Chess Records Studio. They are joined by Chicago Blues greats J.T.Brown, Willie Dixon, Otis Spann, Honeyboy Edwards, and S.P. Leary.
An important must-have Album where British Blues Greats meet Chicago Blues Greats. Recorded January 1969.
