Description

This is a very rare record - it's the first UK 7" single by Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac, released in 1967. It's 'I Believe My Time Ain't Long' B/W ' Rambling Pony' on the original CBS/Blue Horizon label (catalogue no. 3051). The record comes complete with the very rare paper picture sleeve. However, the sleeve is not in fantastic condition. It shows some definite creasing on both sides, some 'feathering' along the top edge where the record is inserted into the sleeve, and a large stain on the left front and rear right with a smaller stain on the left rear of the sleeve. I have, however, never seen this record with the picture sleeve before. I have graded the sleeve as VG. The record plays superbly on both sides with minimal surface noise and I can confidently grade the record as Ex-. The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are - side one - 7164 and - side two - 7165. I doubt if you'll see this record again with the original picture sleeve.
