CONDITION:     

SUPERB OVERALL CONDITION!!!!         Playing condition of vinyl is  EX      Record has been very well cared for.     NO loud obtrusive pops.  NO distortion.  NO jumps.  NO sticking.   Minimal surface background noise/crackle in places and an occasional light background pop only!!!   VERY HARD TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION.    Superb overall sound reproduction.    Buyer will not be disappointed with sound quality.

Visually the vinyl looks NrMINT.    Can’t see any obvious faults worth mentioning!!!    Looks like new.      Vinyl still retains its original sheen and looks nice and clean.   Brilliant visual condition for a 43 year old record!!!      HARD TO FIND A BETTER LOOKING EXAMPLE IN THIS CONDITION.

Labels in  EX condition.   Still nice and clean - NO tears.  NO stickers.  NO writing.   Some spindle marks evident if held at a certain angle.  

Sleeve is graded EX+.   Very minor edge and corner wear.   Some small creases to the laminate emanating from the spine.  Inside the gatefold looks perfect – no ringwear.   Strong spine and all text still clearly readable.   NO tears.  NO erroneous stickers,  NO sticker marks,  NO writing.

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint

EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and or deface

POOR (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

BAD (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler
