Fleetwood Mac - Rumours 1987 US Factory Sealed (Photo #10) Vinyl/LP containing 11 total tracks featuring 4 Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart Top 10 Hits: Go Your Own Way (#10), Don’t Stop (#3), You Make Loving Fun (#9) and Dreams (#1). "Go Your Own Way" has been well received by music critics and was ranked number 120 by Rolling Stone magazine on their list of 500 greatest songs of all time in 2010, also ranked the song number one on their list of the 50 greatest Fleetwood Mac songs. "Go Your Own Way" is about Buckingham's breakup with bandmate and former lover Stevie Nicks.
In the US, "Dreams" sold more than one million copies and reached the top spot on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, the band's only number-one single in the country. In Canada, "Dreams" also reached number one on the RPM Top 100 Singles chart. In 2018, the song peaked at #88 in Ireland. In late 2020, the song experienced a widespread resurgence in popularity as a result of a viral TikTok video created by Nathan Apodaca. The song subsequently re-entered national music charts in certain countries and also entered the Spotify and Apple Music charts in certain countries (#12 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, #4 in Australia, #9 Canada, France and Scotland, #10 Billboard Global 200, #6 New Zealand and #2 on the US Billboard Hot Rock & Alternative Songs Chart).
"Dreams" was ranked number nine on Rolling Stone Magazine’s 2021 list of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time". Certified Gold Single in the US, 3X Platinum in the UK and 9X in New Zealand. "Don't Stop" was released as the third single from Rumours, peaking at No. 3 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in October 1977. In the UK, "Don't Stop" followed "Go Your Own Way" as the second single from the album and peaked at No. 32. "You Make Loving Fun" was the album's fourth top-ten hit, as the song peaked at No. 9 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart, #7 in Canada RPM Top 100 Singles and US Cashbox Top 100 Charts. It won Album of the Year at the 1977 Grammy Awards. It has sold over 40 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling albums of all time. It has received Diamond certifications in several countries, including the UK, Canada, and Australia, and has been certified 20X Platinum in the US. In 2003, it was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. In 2018, it was selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry, being deemed "culturally, historically, or artistically significant" by the Library of Congress.
