Description

Rumours has frequently been considered one of the greatest albums of all time. Rumours was a huge commercial success and became Fleetwood Mac's second US number one record, following the 1975 eponymous release. It was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2003 and Rolling Stone ranked it at number 25 in its special issue of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time" (2003). The record has received a Diamond Award from the Recording Industry Association of America for a 20× platinum certification or 20 million copies shipped, making it, as of 2021, tied for the 11th-highest certified album in US history (by number of copies shipped).
