Description
Here we have the FLEETWOOD MAC album, THEN PLAY ON, issued in 1969 with the REPRISE STEAMBOAT label.
This is the rare gatefold cover release with 14 tracks.
What sets this apart is the fact that I have the autographs of PETER GREEN, JEREMY SPENCER, DANNY KIRWIN, JOHN MCVIE and MICK FLEETWOOD attached. ( with sellotape )
These were obtained when I went to see them in concert at the Ulster Hall, Belfast on 28th February, 1968 or 69. I was allowed backstage after the show to the dressing rooms, where I met them and they all signed the only piece of card I could find nearby.
The ticket stub is also attached to the album. Those were the days, 10/- (50p) to see Fleetwood Mac!!
As for the album itself, I have included lots of photos to show the general condition.
Regarding the tracks, Side 1, Track 1 jumps and Side 2 Track 1 also jumps. Apart from that, it plays fine, but I think the main thing here is the autographs which would be nearly impossible to get today.
Thank you for looking. Item will be posted securely by Recorded Delivery. Postage combined.
