Their third album..It's one of the essential albums of all time and shows both the power and the delicacy of this band..
They were at their peak instrumentally and this shows all the way through,But Green's dark side is beginning to show and this casts a spectral shadow over some of the tracks..
The Matrix numbers are:A1/B1 ..It is a first pressing..
Issued on Reprise in 1969..RSLP 9000..UK pressing..
Play grade varies on this one..The A side plays EX..Clean with no pops or clicks..The B side is a bit crackly on "Searching for Madge","My Dream" and "Feel Like Crying"..Not white noise style crackle but it's there..
On a visual grade,it comes in as VG+..There are no nasty scratches, scuffs or other marks but both sides have some light scuffs..
The disc plays flat on the turntable with no edge warps..There are no skips or jumps..
The labels are undamaged and there is only light spindle wear..
The laminated gatefold sleeve grades as EX minus..There is a little edge rubbing/corner wear and a couple of light corner creases but no serious defects or damage..
There are no seam splits, rips, tears, scribble, stains, sellotape or tape marks..There is minimal discshape..
