FLEUR DE LYS
LAIR
ONE GIRL CITY
1969 UK Atlantic 584243. EX++/NM. Here is a superb very clean original uk copy of this musically brilliant mega-rare 1969 psych 45 by the excellent band the 'Fleur De Lys'. Both tracks are amazing slices of late 1960's psych-rock with plenty of top notch lead and wah-wah guitar. This 1969 'Fleur-De-Lys' psych 45 is getting almost as difficult to find as the bands super-rare mid-sixties mod-freakbeat releases. This copy on offer here looks, plays and sounds superb. With this listing i have provided MP3s of both sides, these MP3s were taken directly from the actual 45 for sale, please listen to both tracks and then decide for yourself how well this rare psych 45 plays and sounds. This is just a superb EX++/NM copy that will definitely not disappoint in any way. The pictures are of the actual 45 for sale. Please Check out my other items!
CONDITION = EX++/NM
Both sides of the vinyl have a superb original sheen, there are no bad marks, scuffs or scratches at all, in fact there are barely any signs that the record has even ever been played, this 45 actually still looks as good as new and so both tracks play and sound amazing throughout, there are no marks so there are no loud clicks or pops and no annoying loud background crackle. This 45 only plays with very small amounts of background static crackle during the start of the A-Side. This single has only ever been carefully played just a few times on a decent turntable so there is no lessoning in the sound quality at all. The label to side one is in very good condition, the track running time has been written in biro and there is also a small neat date stamp, the label of side two is in excellent clean condition. The original Atlantic records paper sleeve is in very good condition.
If you collect rare Mod, Psych and Freakbeat 45's and the stranger and more obscure beat and Pop-Sike releases from the mid to late 1960's then this musically brilliant mega-rare 1969 UK psych 45 by the 'Fleur-De-Lys' would make a really superb addition to any serious collection.
