Flute & Voice

Imaginations Of Light

Pilz 20 - 21088 - 2

Very rare German original issue of Flute & Voice debut album. Here are some notes about the band from Wikipedia:

Hans Brandeis & Hans Reffert founded their duo Flute & Voice in spring 1970 heavily inspired by indian music. The same year they recorded their first album “Imaginations of Light”, in 1973 they recorded a second album “Hallo Rabbit” which was not published then, because it was not “commercial” enough. The also played live with an array of guest musicians, finally Hans Brandeis moved to Berlin in 1974 and Flute & Voice stopped playing in 1975. “Imaginations of Light” and “Hallo Rabbit” were released together on compact disc in 1995. In 1996, the demo tapes from 1974 and 1975 were re-recorded and released on a compact disc entitled "Drachenlieder."

I have many more records for sale, including several rare Pilz original issues, just let me know if you are interested! I lead an online shop in Italy and I'm a professional records dealer.
CONDITIONS: m-/ex from strict Record Collector grading (cover graded first) First of all please note that all of these kraut/progressive rock rare and expensive albums are STRICTLY graded, i.e. my ex- is still absolutely enjoyable and my ex or ex+ could be what other people call MINT- This one has a wonderful, close to mint- cover, perfectly square, perfect spine, really nice one. Inner sleeve is a plain white one. Disc is a shiny and clean looks mint-, with just one or two totally minor age shadows and hairlines. and wear but really looks great. Yes playback you have some minor background noise (for example at the beginning of track 2 and on the first half of B1) the disc is very quiet and this is, you know, a vinyl, 45 years old. So, agian, a wonderful copy, I'm not an "archive copy" or things like that grader, but this vinyl is close to new and playback is great, but, said, it's a vinyl. And please remember Pilz pressing were not the best in the world on their own.
