FLYING DUTCHMAN – ASD 385 / 7 White/Gold – KONWITSCHNY

1960 HMV stereo recording boxed set of 3-discs with white/gold labels, catalogue numbers. ASD 385/6/7 (SLS 760). Richard Wagner’s "The Flying Dutchman". Franz Konwitschny conducts the chorus and orchestra of the German State Opera, Berlin, with Fischer-Dieskau, Gottlob Frick, Marianne Schech, etc.

The 3 discs are near mint and each has a "Factory Sample – Not For Sale" sticker on one label. The small format libretto and cast list are in excellent condition. The front of the textured box is split at the two right-hand corners and there is a 7cm split at right-hand edge. The rear of box has 3 score marks.
