DEMO DELIGHTS - Part of my collection being offered over the next few weeks!
Here's a decent enough original 1966 UK Demo copy of this classic tune with a couple of faults from FONTELLA BASS with "SAFE AND SOUND" on the UK CHESS imprint # CRS 8042 and backed with "YOU'LL NEVER KNOW".
This copy plays well throughout with good audible quality and remains in excellent condition with light 'A' side crackle on the run-in and run-out groove and with light surface sleeve rubs and one degree of needle sway not affecting play. The 'B' side does have some light but audible background crackle throughout despite appearing to be visually excellent. It has the solid centre and the labels are clean with a small 'B' side blemish and without any written radio station annotations apart from the stamped release date and with light spindle wear. Paired with an original company paper sleeve and still a decent copy for the DJ or collector (see picture scans). Low starting price is reflective of the faults described.
The record has been play graded and is from my personal collection that I'm downsizing so why not check out my other listings for more great sounds. Postage discounts available for multiple purchases with up to three 45's shipped at the single record rate. In this case, please save to basket and request total from seller and wait for invoice before making payment.
The record will be shipped in a stiffened card outer by Royal Mail Large Letter First Class "Signed For" service only at a cost of £3.45 in the UK or, overseas by "Signed For" service at the costs indicated. This provides protection for both parties in the unlikely event of loss.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT FEEDBACK WILL ALWAYS BE LEFT BUT ONLY AFTER FIRST RECEIVING THE SAME.
