**Sound tested and plays fine**

I am not a record grader and this record has been VISUALLY Examined and appears in Very Good condition with some surface scratching and scuffing but does NOT alter play. The Album Cover is also in VG condition with small corner wear and wear to top of cover creating 1” damage to top, see photo. This album came from a large lot where all records were kept in great condition as a whole. SEE PHOTOS!
