Cooksey - F. Hauser - E. Lemon) released in 1976 on US Import Patrick Adams own P & P Records label PAP - 1050. Production and Conducting by Patrick Adams. Reissued on Roulette Records in the US with a slightly different speed on delivery and a different title " My Baby`s Got E.S.P. (Part One) / (Part Two) reissued on different labels with the second title. This is the ORIGINAL version the condition as viewed on the images is Mint on both sides amazing quality for a used disc.
