Description
Frank La Forge, born in Rockford, Illinois, October 22, 1879, died in New York, May 5, 1953, was an American pianist, composer and arranger of art songs. Studied first with his older sister, went to Vienna in 1900 to study with Theodor Leschetitzky, toured first in Europe, Russia and in the States as an accompanist to Marcella Sembrich. Moved to New York City in 1920, where he became a music teacher, coach and accompanist.

5 = obvious sounding wear, heavy rubs, marks, scratches. An unsatisfactory copy.
