FRANK TURNER – EXTREMELY RARE ‘POETRY OF THE DEED’ 12’’ RECORD TEST PRESSING
This is an extremely rare 12” vinyl test pressing of ‘Poetry Of The Deed’. This, his 3rd album was released in September 2009. There are only 5 copies of these test pressings in the existence! They are used for the record label (Xtra Mile Recordings) and artist (Frank Turner) to test that the recordings are of a high enough standard to release commercially.

Etched on the vinyl around the centre is the catalogue number which tells us who is on the record and who it is made by. In this case it has XMR followed by a series of numbers. XMR is the beginning letters used to define any release on Xtra Mile Recordings.
