Description

This is an original LP by Frank Zappa, Captain Beefheart and The Mothers of Invention called Bongo Fury on DiscReet Records DS 2234 from 1975.  This is from a large Zappa collection of albums I purchased around 1994 that I have begun to part with.  The previous owner took very good care of his records.  I played this once to record to cassette when I got it, and today to play grade it.  It plays very nice VG++ to M- with beautiful sound and has just the tiniest bit of noise in the background at times and that is seldom, but that is all that keeps it from being M-.  The cover is VG++ with minor corner bends/bumps in the corners, and a little wear on the seams.  The wear is cosmetic and nowhere near seam split.  There is also a few light "scratches" on the back cover that are minor.  Great album, especially if you enjoy Captain Beefheart.  This was recorded live in Austin, TX on May 20 & 21 1975 and features the excellent musicianship of The Mothers of Invention; George Duke, Bruce Fowler, Tom Fowler, Napoleon Murphy Brock, Denny Walley, Terry Bozzio and Chester Thompson.
More very nice copies of Zappa LPs with exceptional vinyl to be listed in the near future so keep checking my listings.  It is my intention to pretty much quit selling on Ebay by the end of the year so if you see something you think you would like, get it while you can.     Postage is $5.00 in the United States.  I ship in new, sturdy cardboard LP boxes.  Please check out my other LPs and music related items.  If you wish to purchase more than one item, please add your items to your cart and request a total and I will send you an invoice with the adjusted postage price.  This feature is not available on the phone app.  Thank you very much for looking.
