Cleaned on a VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine!

Grading:  Nice VG++ LP.  No visible marks or scratches.  VG+ Cover with small corner crease on bottom right corner and the top and bottom both have small splits due to the lp penetrating the cover.  See PICTURES.
