Description

This is a nice promo copy of an obscure single by The Hollywood Persuaders: "Hollywood A-Go-Go" b/w "Eve of Destruction" (Original Sound 58). Released in 1965. Both sides written, arranged, and produced by Paul Buff. As many Frank Zappa fans know, Paul Buff was a friend and associate of Zappa's, and Zappa later bought Buff's recording studio (this was a few years before Zappa formed the Mothers of Invention).
Buff co-wrote the A side with Adam Saylor's backing band, Brian Blanchard, Bob Husband, and Mike Martin, and they also performed on the record. The B side is written by P.F. Sloan (here listed incorrectly as "Sloane"), and it was made famous by Barry McGuire.   Taken from the LP "Drums A-Go-Go" (Original Sound #5013).   The vinyl is in NM condition. Super high gloss, looks unplayed. Labels are really nice. No writing, stickers, or tears.
Thanks for looking, and please check out my other items for more rare and beautiful 45s. Email me if you have any questions about shipping and/or payment.
