DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE: just a tiny bit of storage wear at the corners anda couple of small marks on the rear, otherwise Superb..spine lettering lovely and clear: EX

VINYL - SIDE ONE: a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines, only visible under the strongest light, otherwise looks unplayed: EX+ 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: a couple of ultrafine 'paper hairlines, only visible under the strongest light, otherwise looks unplayed: EX+

LABELS: very light spindle marking, otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
