65 Year old record, that looks like it was just pressed yesterday! It was among other new records in case of other new 78's - We bought the inventory of a closed up record shop in NYC back in the 70's, and this was one of many hundreds of new 78's. The record shop sold only new records, and I am certain this copy has never been played or retailed.
It is an immaculate copy I see no scratches at all - the labels are clean and there are no spindle marks whatsoever. I do not test play any records, as I see no need - this record has not been played.
Released June of 1956 "I Promise to Remember" was a top 10 R&B hit, and the "B" side "Who Can Explain" was #7 on the R&B charts.
I pack very carefully, the record will be mounted on rigid foam panels, both sides, then boxed and surrounded by foam peanuts. Shipped USPS Priority mail which includes a tracking number. The item will be insured to it's full sale value.
