Description

This rare find... a 75-year-old historic war-time speech by President Franklin D. Roosevelt that survived on a78rpm recording.  Recording is of GOOD (G) quality meaning it plays throughout without skipping. As expected with age, there is some significant surface noise, a  scratch which I have pointed out in the photo, and obvious groove wear.  In spite, the speech is very clear and understandable. No markings on the label and stored in a record envelope.
