Original 1st Issue 1960's U.S.A. Pressing MONAURAL Record Album released by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4168) 

** NEW YORK USA address on the Labels ** VAN GELDER and the EAR are in the run off grooves on both sides

the RECORD is in VERY GOOD++ / EXCELLENT condition   ** great gloss & great sound on both sides ** there are several spindle trails on each of the Record Labels 

the COVER is in Strong VERY GOOD / almost VERY GOOD+ condition  ** 'REVIEW COPY' is ink stamped on the backside.  There is some light corner & edge wear, some small light creases, a few longer creases, a very short (about 1/4 inch long) split at the bottom right hand corner
