FREE SELF TITLED SECOND ALBUM  "FREE"

RARE PINK ISLAND WHITE i ,  FIRST PRESSING, ILPS 9104. IN STEREO.

RELEASED IN 1969.

First Pressing Matrix Numbers side1: 4307 -1  A  and side2:  4308 1-1 , all hand etched , with Bell Sound stamped on both sides.

The Outstanding Second Album release from Free!!!.

The Record is in very good condition. The Labels are very good, original Pink Island "white i" label. Both Labels are clean and show only light signs of spindle marking and there is no wear to the centre holes. No writing on the labels. The record plays very well, there is some slight background noise, especially to run ins where needle has dropped to side 1, as is quite common on records that have been played and enjoyed, and also slight background on the very quietest parts, overall it is a very good record.

The Vinyl surface is good, very clean and has an excellent sheen, wonderful thick 60's Island vinyl,

Please be aware that there are a number of  very light surface marks on both sides which are clearly visible under bright light, and there are four light surface scratches on side 1, two of which are clearly audible, one to the start of track 1 which produces some noticable klicks and another towards the very end of the same track which has a noticable series of klicks and I detected a very minor distortion when listening carefully, (if not paying close attention would not be detected.). The vinyl is thick and the record does play through very well on both sides!. The record is not mint, but is a very worthy example of this classic album..

The Sleeve is in very good condition, thick card gatefold sleeve with a Full Matt Finish Sleeve, which made it prone to wear and staining. Quite a clean sleeeve, some light marks/aging,  No nasty grubby marks or unwanted writing or stickers, some very light edge and corner wear, particularly to extreme edges/corners through storage. There are No nasty creases, No tears, No writing, No tear marks, stickers or rips. No creasing visible around opening edges of cover, the opening edges are reasonably sharp and show only minor signs of wear. The spine is quite thick and rigid, all text is intact. Original Sleeve printed and made by E.J. Day London.

Record comes complete with the Original Poly-lined Paper Inner Sleeve which warns of the "dangers of suffocation".

Rare Island Record, and no doubt getting harder to find in decent condition, !!

Record will be posted in fully protective packaging.
