Description

FREE "TONS OF SOBS" 1st PRESSING. PINK ISLAND LABEL (BLACK & ORANGE CIRCLE LOGO) RELEASED 1969. ISLAND ILPS 9089 CONDITION EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT. SIDE 1. MATRIX ILPS+9089+A2. 1. Over the Green Hills (part 1) 2. Worry. 3. Walking My Shadow. 4. Wild Indian Woman. 5. Going Down Slow. SIDE 2. MATRIX ILPS+9089+B2 1. I'm a Mover. 2. The Hunter. 3. Moonshine. 4. Sweet Tooth. 5. Over the Green Hill (part 2) I bought this Album the week it was released in 1969. It has been played on a high quality record deck (Thorens 125 turntable, SME arm with Shure V15 cartridge). The COVER is NEAR MINT, it is PRISTINELY CLEAN, the CORNERS are FIRM and TRUE with very light scuff, mainly on bottom right hand corner. There are three miniscule pin pricks, top left hand from COVER. The SPINE is SUPERB with no signs of wear, and the writing is EXTREMELY CLEAR. The VINYL is EXCELLENT++/ NEAR MINT CONDITION. It is GLEAMINGLY CLEAN, and the LABEL is also SUPERBLY CLEAN without SPINDLE marks. There is only a fine manufacturers indentation on side 1, which runs downwards through the track titles, about 1 cm. in length. The SOUND quality is SUPERB except for a few light pops on side 1. track 2. You'd be hard pressed to find a better copy for an Album that is 39 years old. This LP has been stored and not played for the past 36 years. I was amazed how it sounded on it's Test Play on my REGA PLANAR 3, it was BRILLIANT. If you have any questions please feel free to email me. POSTAGE & PACKAGE. Will despatch worldwide UK £6.00 EUROPE £8.00 REST OF WORLD £12.00 Insurance included in all Rest assured that the LP will be securely packaged to ensure that it reaches you in the same condition that it left me. PEDROS VINYL I've been collecting Vinyl since 1964 and have amassed a fantastic collection of now rare LPs. I recently took the dramatic decision to sell off my collection to finance other ventures. I've always been absessive about playing my LPs on the best possible audio equipment and with as much care as possible. I've also stored every LP in the best possible conditions in specially made LP units. Thank you for looking and good luck with your bidding. PEDRO
