On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Free called "Tons Of Sobs" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Pink Island 'Circle' label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS WAS FREE'S FIRST & RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! BACK IN 1969 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!! AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY TOUGH TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND IS EASILY THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' ISLAND 'CIRCLE' LOGO LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'E.J.DAY' GATEFOLD COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (WHEN DID YOU LAST SEE A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IN THIS CONDITION????) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Island UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in SUPERB condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILPS 9089 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Textured' Pink Island label (see pictures) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!
The Vinyl is in near MINT!!! condition with jet black mirror like surfaces that have that just pressed look!!! With NO scratches ,marks or blemishes at all, has just the odd very tiny feint line visible only when held under a strong lamp!!LOOKS absolutley UNPLAYED!!!
The Labels are as near as MINT!!! With just the odd Very minor spindle line visible
The Sleeve is in EXCELLENT+++ condition with just a touch of storage wear to the edges and corners, the sleeve has NO creasing. The spine is perfectly straight and free from any rubbing
