Description

The Freedom "Nerosubianco" OST gatefold, 180 grams,
1000 copies Limited Edition, sealed, reissue LP

Monster Psych-rock, recorded as a score for an Italian movie shot in London (at the time many Italian movies were shot in Britain or other "northern" countries, specifically when they dealt with daring subjects, still taboo in the Catholic Italy - the irony is that those Italian movies were often much more daring than those from these "liberated" countries, not mentioning the USA ...).

Reissue on 180 grams vinyl, 1000 copies limited edition, and heavy gate-fold cover of ULTRA -RARE album by UK PSYCHEDELIC rock band FREEDOM.. FREEDOM recorded this album as score for the erotic movie 'Nerosubianco' directed by Tinto Brass, the emperor of the Italian EROTIC MOVIE. A 60's PSYCH classic unearthed containing some pure RUBBLE PSYCH! Comes in original erotic cover art, think laminated gate-fold cover, with rare still photos from the movie, like naked Anita Sanders.

The.Freedom was formed in the late summer of 1967 by two ex-Procol Harum members, Ray Royer and Bobby Harrison. Before Freedom had even had time to prove their worth by composing a single measure of music, Brass commissioned them to write fourteen songs for Nerosubianco. According to enthusiasts of psychedelic rock, these are the only songs by Freedom that were any good and they are now considered among the cream of the crop of the genre

Notes: Limited edition of 1000 copies with foldout cover, obi and picture inner sleeve.
