Record visually looks near mint, no scratches or marks. No spindle marks, very tight spindle hole, may be unplayed or played once or twice. Record plays with quiet surfaces, only a couple places where there is some light surface noise and or a few odd tics or pops.

Cover looks excellent, bright and shiny, slight bit of wear, light crease upper right, ring wear, yellow stains at bottom, lower right and lower left.

A RARE record here, highly sought after.

[I visually grade the record in good light. I play grade the record by spot checking several areas, especially areas that have marks. I listen using Grado SR325 headphone w/Grado headphone amp, on a Well Tempered Turntable & arm, mcz Grado cartridge. These are very revealing headphones allowing me to hear any surface noise, although from a close-in perspective. Your experience may differ depending on your system. I clean the record if needed to determine the general condition. Most will improve with your preferred cleaning method.]
