A-side matrix reads “JZSP150471-1A P”& label reads “Pull My Coat”, but plays Black Is Black. B-side matrix reads “JZSP150472-1A P” & label reads “Black Is Black” but plays “Pull My Coat”. This radio station copy seems to be in very good condition. Could use cleaning, some light wear. Play Tested. Sounds great. Confirmed label and matrix (1A/1A) misprint error. Very rare and hard to find. This is the exact item you will be receiving. Packed with care and ready to ship.
From Discogs:
‘White label promo (red text) with “Not For Resale” and “Radio Station Copy” printed on labels. There is also a large blue printed “A” on the background of the A-side label. Copies with runout variant 2 (1A/1A matrices) all play the reversed track on each side. It was not just an issue of the labels being applied incorrectly, but the matrix numbers were incorrectly set, i.e. the A-side “Pull My Coat” is 15071 on the label which matched up to 15071 in the runout, but plays “Black Is Black” and vice versa.
