Description
Notes: Original pressing on the Iliad Productions Inc. label out of San Francisco. Paste-on sleeve is EX and disc is NM. Ultra-rare one-sided LP from here in the Bay Area produced in 1975 by Carl Schwindeman is a sort of cosmic inner journey-themed production and features local electronic artist Iasos in an early appearance. This is the only copy known to collectors and my best guess is that there were no more than 10 or 25 of these pressed as "promos" (copy is stamped #0009 on inner sleeve and back cover). Cool spoken opener explains the theme, then into rock tune, cosmic floater and closes with another rock tune (that I the clip but it's neat). See all 3 photos below. Rad mix of LPs this week... new age, avant, punk, new wave, metal, vanity/private press, lounge, exotica, soul, rock, Latin, spoken & other odd stuff...see our other auctions.
