Description
"The Fabulous ROY LANHAM" released on Nashville independent label SIMS RECORDS (LP-105) in MONO with no date on the album but definitely 60's vintage (See Scan 2 for labels), features the "dapper", hot-shot guitarist on originals and covers. He's one trickster on the strings, and somewhat overlooked, with neither this LP or "The Most Exciting Guitar" on Dolton (which I'm also selling a NM+ copy at concurrent auction - See Below) even making the price guides.
The LP is in NEAR MINT PLUS condition, and appears that each side has been played once with 1 visible spindle mark on each label and not a mark or scratch on the clean, nice gloss vinyl. There are a number of what I call pressing shadows (or squiggles which some resemble) which have no affect on the sound. On playing it is completely clean, like a first play.
The Cover is in strong NEAR MINT condition, with all seams fully intact, 2 corners sharp and 2 with slight wrinkles, and the front and back showing just Next-To-No wear. Tight!
