Description

Here for auction is an original issue "What We Did On Our Holiday's".The second Fairport album, issued in 1968.This is the original UK "Eye" issue with super thick vinyl and textured label's.

Matrices are side 1.  ILPS + 9092 + A  side 2.  ILPS + 9092 + B    There are no other stamps in the deadwax on either side.This is a very early pressing.

Vinyl is visually close to EX condition.....Has a few light non sounding scuffs and is nice and clean overall......Soundwise the vinyl is easily EX.In fact I found nothing wrong at all when I played all of, or parts of every track.The sound reproduction was fine: it's excellently clear without distortion.And there are no repetetive tics,warps,kinks etc......This is a nice piece of vintage vinyl.

Cover/sleeve is in VG+ condition.......Not too far from excellent but with  a small tear on the opening edge (on back) and a name in ink on back.The name is small,neat faded.So it's fairly inocuous.Otherwise clean and in pretty good order./////.Label's easily EX.Light spindle marks close to the centre hole only.Otherwise perfect.
