Description

A rare 1968 1st pressing of the What We Did On Our Holidays, album by UK Folk/Psych band Fairport Convention, on the solid pink red & black eye logo Island label, some great artists, some great tracks, a super early LP, a must for your collection.
Catalogue # : ILPS9092.
Matrix info ILPS9092 A & B.
Vinyl : Visually, Side 1 VG with a few light surface marks,Side 2 VG-G with more marks a couple of them are a bit more than surface marks. On my equipment (which isn't exactly state of the art) both sides play well, there is some surface noise and some clicks and pops, but nothing serious, side 1 is better than side 2 which has some more noticeable clicks, having said this the tracks on side 2 seem to be more upbeat and louder, so the clicks are lost to a certain extent .The labels are VG with a little spindle wear.
Sleeve : The laminated sleeve is in VG+ condition, it is still glossy and clear, there are a couple of small light creases around the edges the front cover, the inner sleeve is an old plain paper one & is in vg condition
