Faith No More - Mike Patton - King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime - Original 7" Vinyl Box Set
You are bidding on a limited edition box set from Faith No More. This rare release was packaged in a black cardboard box containing a set of seven 7" records. The front has a sticker of the Eric Drooker King for a Day...Fool for a Lifetime artwork. The set also contains a cardboard foldout of album artwork with Stephan Chirazzi album review and band picture. All the b-sides include a rare and personal interview from the band. Released by Slash/London in 1995.

King for a Day... Fool for a Lifetime is the fifth studio album by Faith No More. It was their first album recorded without longtime guitarist Jim Martin.The album showcased a greater variety than the band's usual heavy metal leanings, with Rolling Stone calling the end result a "genre shuffle". The album contains a number of shifting genres, including jazz-funk in "Evidence", the country rock of "Take This Bottle", or the gospel-influenced "Just a Man". Overall, though, the album is considerably more straightforward and less experimental than its predecessor, Angel Dust. This is the only Faith No More album to feature guitarist Trey Spruance, also a member of Mr. Bungle with Mike Patton. However, Spruance was credited only as a guest musician, and was replaced on the supporting tour by former roadie Dean Menta.

The cover art for the album and its associated singles came from from the graphic novel Flood! by New York artist Eric Drooker, who received illustration credits for his work. Condition of vinyl in this set is Very Good and the box and photo is Very Good Plus.
