Comments: Fantastic rockin' cover of the Righteous Brothers tune "My Babe". The Fantabulous Jags were a Denver area band that traveled to New York City to cut three singles on the Sunco label (SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS FOR THE OTHER TWO, Matilda and Be My Baby!). I have included a photo of the band that I found on a Denver newspaper's website because I couldn't resist - look at these cats! The article discusses the guitar player from the Jags, Richard Hepner, moving on in '65 to play, record and tour with Captain Beefheart's Magic Band! Don't know if too many of these 45s have leaked out into collections, so don't let this opportunity pass you by! Happy bidding!
