Impossibly rare Fat Bob promo EP for the March of Dimes, featuring Dorothy Ashby.

There is almost no information available regarding this release. The exact release date is unknown, but obviously in the 60's, marking this as one of Ashby's first appearances as a studio/session musician. eBay sales history indicates a single sale of this release in 2018, but with a completely different sleeve.
Disc is EX, with only a few very light hairline marks; appears to be unplayed. Side 2 label is signed "For Mama! Chow, Fat Bob". Sleeve/envelope is VG+, with some slight yellowing, a few small dirt smudges, and slight creasing of the paper (all visible in photos).
International registered shipping with tracking from Denmark via PostNord, $18.
