IT IS A WONDERFULLY WRITTEN AND PREPARED BOOK ENTAILING EVERY SINGLE EP EVER RELEASED IN AUSTRALIA WHICH WAS MANUFACTURED AND DISTRIBUTED BY FESTIVAL RECORDS. FAMOUS LABELS SUCH AS CORAL, BRUNSWICK. LEEDON, TEEN, REX, SUNSHINE, AMPAR, FESTIVAL, ATLANTIC, ISLAND, AND MANY MANY MORE.

IT ALSO SHOWS THE NUMBER OF THE RECORD, YEAR OF RELEASE, THE TRACKS AND ALSO WHERE THE EP WAS, IN SOME CASES RE-CATALOGUED. EG BUDDY HOLLY EP "WORDS OF LOVE" WAS ORIGINALLY RELEASED AS CX-5321. IT WAS THEN RE-CATALOGUED TO CX-10278 AND RE-ISSUED. BOTH COPIES ARE FEATURED HERE.

I make decisions on pricing my records based on the following:

Their perceived appearance.

Their sound quality. I then combine them for an overall grading.

If they are in their original sleeve as in some cases these are just as hard to find as the records such as Leedon, Down Under, Teen, Viking, Top Rank, London paper,Coronet etc etc .

My knowledge, if any, of the records rarity.

I use the English Record Collectors Magazines Guidelines for gradings as this appears to be the generally accepted term of reference with variances to + or minus.

Please check my feedback if you have any doubts about my gradings.

I expect Australian and New Zealand winners to pay within 8 days and overseas winners to pay within 21 days.

Grading Definitions (from Record Collector magazine)

MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratchs. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just about playable, but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
