Fifteen "Surprise!" Grass Records, LP.
VINYL CONDITION:  EX / VG+ = Solid mid-grade copy with very light play wear. 
JACKET CONDITION:  VG++ = Nice condition, mid-grade copy with very light wear to pocket edge corners. Still in shrink. Very nice condition.
INSERT  CONDITION: EX = Great condition.
