Description

Five Keys, "The Best of The Five Keys" Original 1957 Japanese reissue LPM-8 of the 1956 Aladdin LP -806. The original US Aladdin LP was issued in 1956 and discontinued the next year.  It was retitled "The Five Keys On The Town" and reissued in the US on the Score label in 1957 as Score LP 4003.  This LP, "The Best of The Five Keys" kept the original title, the original cover and the original Aladdin label and was distributed overseas in 1957 by Japan Sales Ltd. as LPM-8 with the original Aladdin LP-806 also displayed on the front and back cover (see photos).  Japan Sales Ltd. was a distributor  from Japan and catered to US soldiers stationed in Japan in the 1950's and 1960's.

Vinyl:  VG++ Two small hairline scratches kept this from a near mint rating.  A beautiful copy of this record on heavy deep groove vinyl with bright gloss and very good sound quality.   
Cover:  VG-  Soiling marks at bottom of back cover and at top corner of opening.  3" seam split in center of bottom seam and  4" seam split in center of spine.  Front cover presents well with minor storage marks
