Howdy!
For sale is one of twenty copies of The Flaming Lips' second demo cassette, recorded in 1983. I picked this up at The Womb in Oklahoma City for Record Store Day this year. The record is included with a frog voice recorder set in place in candy urine. The frog can vary playback pitch and comes pre-recorded with a special message from Wayne Coyne! The frog and blue 7" record are in a plexiglas box sealed by stickers. The box is unopened! I haven't listened to the record or the frog, both of which are signed by Wayne. (btw the black button on the frog is play, the red button is record. So as soon as you hit the red button you'll record over Wayne's message!) You'll be one of 20 people to have one of the rarest piece of the Lips' catalogue. Only 13 of these were sold in public on Black Friday, and only at The Womb in Oklahoma City. The frog is unlistened, the record is unplayed and the candy is uneaten. You'll be one of 20 people to eat this candy!
Shipping details are TBD by the buyer. Since the frog is set in candy I leave it up to you to decide how to best transport it. I read others have been able to give the box a good shake and invert it without incident. I traveled with it from Oklahoma to Seattle without any concerns about it being too fragile.
