My Terms & Conditions
UK Buyers only please
Please not, if this is not listed as a “buy it now” You cannot buy it now, so please don’t ask.
I do not buy and sell on ebay to make a profit, I aim to be as honest as possible in my descriptions, photos and in answering any questions asked, and so therefore do not offer any refunds or exchanges to the items bought unless you find the item to be different to that depicted in the auction, and please note that I can't refund postage.
Please bear in mind that I cannot be held responsible for things going missing in the post, but I will be happy to provide anything you need in a claim to the Royal Mail, including proof of posting if I have it.
I prefer payment via PayPal, Payment is expected within 24 hours of the end of auction. If this is not possible, please email me and we can work something out. The item will be posted as soon as possible after payment is received.
Collected items should be within 48 hours please and with those items I will be happy to take cash on collection.
Please note that I often use recycled envelopes and packaging. This means I can keep postage costs down to a minimum and hopefully help save a tree or two.
Should you buy more than 1 item at the same time, I will always try to combine postage to give you the cheapest delivery I can.
When you receive an item you have bought from me, please take the time to leave feedback. Its always appreciated, as I then know the item has arrived safely. I will of course return the favour.
Thanks and Happy Bidding
