Description
BILLY ASHE: You In You (Frigate 112552)
- Condition : Cover and vinyl are NM. A couple tiny marks on first cut on side two don't sound, basically as new otherwise.
- Description : Rare 1974 private press from, I think, Texas. Handmade cover, he wrote the LP title on front, signed the back with his initials, and glued on a weird photocopied insert. Also includes a photocopied lyric booklet which is numbered "199" of a limited edition- how many copies were made in total, I do not know. Your basic sparse downer folk here, just his guitar and reverby vocals, and occasionally a bassist. Really high quality for this sort of thing, in other words, his lyrics, guitar playing and singing are pretty good- he doesn't come off as a rank amateur, though he's definitely a spaced-out hippie-type. I've never seen another copy of this LP.
- Buyer pays $6 for priority / insured shipment OR $2.50 for media mail / insured shipment in USA; foreign billed at approximate cost. Combine multiple wins to save on shipping. PA residents must add 6% sales tax.
- Condition of this item is guraranteed to be as stated in the above description. Grading is strict and visual. All used LP's are cleaned on a VPI machine before grading.
- Records are shipped in a cardboard record mailer with sufficient padding, and the disc is removed from the jacket to prevent seamsplits.
- I do not end auctions early. No offense, but if you ask, you will not receive a reply, sorry.
- Please do not ask me to email you with a list of every song on an LP. If you are looking for a specific song, inquire with the name of the song, I'll check ASAP to see if it's on the LP, but I don't have time to type out the names of every track, sorry to say.
- I have been selling records via mail order since 1989. Bid with confidence!
