Description

'For Duke'

M&K Realtime Records RT-101   Direct-to-Disk recording

Bill Berry and his Ellington All-Stars.   Rare, incredible sound. Almost Mint condition. Big band Jazz.

This record is one of only ten items on the TAS Best of the Bunch:Popular list. This is one of a handful of the best sounding recordings I have heard, but I just don't like big band music....  So now you can own and enjoy it !!

I am the original owner, and this disk has been treated with great care, has only been played a few times on audiophile equipment, and it has been carefully cleaned on a Nitty Gritty machine once or twice.

Disc, sleeve, and jacket are in excellent condition, with no visible flaws.

Muscians:

Bill Berry, Bill Berry, Ray Brown, Frankie Capp, Scott Hamilton, Nat Pierce, Marshall Royale and Britt Woodman

Songs:

Take the "A" train, Mood Indigo, Things ain't what they used to be, Perdido, Satin Doll, I got it bad (and that ain't good), I let a song go out of my heart, and Cotton Tail.
