~ non-laminated sleeve, no date code or printers credit  

~ matrix no's: SHVL 769 A-1G (G 3 o'clock, 1 at 9 o'clock) / SHVL B-G (G 3 o'clock, 1 at 9 o'clock) 

striking g/fold sleeve has some age wear & ringwear, all seams rubbed, corners rubbed too; spine a little faded just beginning to wear (see pic 6); rear cover tiny name in pen (see pic 4); inside g/fold one tiny signature in pen; plain white inner; label has 'Factory Sample Not For Sale' sticker and some spindle; vinyl has had some obvious play - light play marks and light scuffing to the first tracks on Side 2
